J² Leadership & Learning Solutions was founded by Jennifer Jordan, a seasoned learning and leadership professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen capability, improve execution, and scale with intention.

Jennifer’s career spans corporate, nonprofit, and high-growth environments, where she has partnered closely with leaders to solve complex performance challenges. Her work has consistently focused on one question: How do we help people perform better in ways that matter to the business?

Known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, Jennifer brings a rare blend of business acumen, operational insight, and deep learning expertise. She has led large-scale onboarding transformations, built leadership development programs from the ground up, and helped organizations reduce time-to-productivity, improve consistency, and create systems that support sustainable growth.

Her work is grounded in industry-recognized best practices and evidence-based frameworks. Jennifer holds an MBA and is certified as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), reflecting her commitment to rigorous, results-driven learning and leadership solutions.

What sets Jennifer apart is her practical, data-informed approach. She doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or training for training’s sake.
